We offer advanced downhole Permanent Magnet Motors (PMM) for submersible centrifugal pumps, axial flow pumps, progressive cavity pumps and twin-screw pumps. The motors are offered in 3.5” (350 Series), 4.5” (450 Series) and 5.62” (562 Series) diameters for application in different sizes of casings and offer high power and torque ratings. REDA type interfaces are used for all our downhole equipment.

Rigless Deployment Solutions

Premier Technical Solutions offer advanced completion technologies for Artificial Lift Systems, mainly related to the Rigless Deployment of Electric Submersible Pumping Systems, be it ESP systems using Centrifugal / Axial Flow pump or ESPCP systems using Progressive Cavity Pumps.

Rigless deployment is an ideal solution for wells where operators have a concern on the costs associated with workovers, be it rig costs or ESP performance issues as a result of hostile operating conditions in the well that requires more frequent interventions and artificial lift replacement. The overall cost of interventions over time can be significantly reduced, the deferred production from these wells can be minimized and the number of personnel required for the workover can be significantly reduced to lower costs and HSE risks.

Power System Technologies

Surface Control Systems

Premier Technical Solutions offer a complete range of Surface Power Systems and associated consumables and accessories. This includes Well Head Junction Boxes, Direct On‐Line Switchboards for Induction Motor systems, Variable Frequency Drives for Induction / Permanent Magnet Motors and Step‐up / Step‐down Power Transformers. In addition to the individual components, we also provide Surface power packages in skids and containers that are suitable for installation in remote or hostile locations.

In addition to standard surface control systems, the company also offer new technology power conditioning and uninterrupted power systems from Advance Modular Power Systems (AMPS). The system is designed to be installed between the Generator and the Surface Control Unit (VSD / Switchboard) and provides the following benefits.

Software Solutions

ESP Failure Prediction Analytics

A solution that integrates monitored operational ESP data with other well related data and artificial intelligence to predict the failure of ESP systems. The software will analyze operational ESP parameters such as vibration temperature, frequency, operating voltage start/stop and operational tolerance error data and understand the specific factors that contribute to the ESP system failure. An advanced machine learning algorithm is implemented that will predict the failure and help in calculating the useful life of the ESP system.

ESP Design Software

The Premier ESP design software enables operators and service company personnel to simulate the ESP or ESPCP application engineering designs and select the correct components for the ESP system. A proper design of the ESP system is critical for reliable and high performance operation of the pump system for a long period.
